Initial call with recruiter followed by a group call in which the project is revealed. You then send a 'motivation' video for wanting the role and get invited to an assesment centre which takes 90 mins. After this, there's be a final interview and then an offer.

Professional and pleasant. Good follow up even though I decided to pursue other processes. Was encouraged to make contact again if my situation changed, which I most definetely will do.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez EIMS (Barcelone) en avr. 2017

I was recommended by a employee as I had good language skills and sales experience, I believe the offering salary was around 27K Euros in 2017. The interview went well, I passed my tests and was able to communicate all of my experience to them. Until I went into a room with a lady, UK I remember, she was the worst type of person you can come across. She asked me why they should hire a "grasshopper" and also asked me how much I had in savings. It was so intimidating, it felt like being interviewing for the military! Question after question, putting me down and making me justify myself to the extent I was promising to work weekend and nights. I have a strong personality and can stick up for myself, but as soon as I left the room and saw the other recruiter I had to run to the toilet as for some reason I just burst in tears, and could not stop. I finally calmed down and was told, Congratulations! You made it to the final stage with the Director/CEO who just likes to introduce himself. I said, if you believe you have a right to treat people like that and they are going to tolerate it because you are EIMS, YOU ARE WRONG! I said she is the RUDEST person I have come across in my time in Barcelona and people like her should NOT be in her position. Today, it has been 4 years since this interview and nothing else has ever been as bad as that day, I also still remember everything like it was yesterday. They gave me the chance to go home and come back the next day to go the final stage, I said I would think about it. But I never went back.
