It was a phone interview and I was quizzed not on my experience or how I would fit the role, but on whether I'd memorized the job description. The interviewer had very little professionalism over the phone and seemed annoyed that we were conducting the interview at all.

I had a first Skype interview with the manager then two other at the head office. The second one was a group interview and the third one again with the manager and the director.
