We try in the initial video interview to see how you could fit in the EAI Family culture. That can only be accomplished with some dialog about your background, interests, and hobbies. So surprising to hear that there was no 'real talking' because that's how we assess how friendly you or fit the EAI culture, we would not have continued to the coding component on Google sheets.
