He made very offensive comments and jumped to conclusions about my life choices, even though very little information was offered to support his wild theories. Rob, the owner told me the company is not run as a democracy and the company is a dictatorship. He said he is the ruler of his domain. Seems like a disfunctional workplace and not a lot of respect given to employees.
