Filled out an initial application, brief interview with office staff, mostly informational and just a general what hours can you work, car, truck...stuff. The office called me from Dynasty about a week later and asked to set up an interview. I met with the owner and he interviewed me. No b.s. and he was straight forward with questions and what he expected out of the guys he hired.
