I have one-panel interview with 3 people. There wasn't any phone screening before it. They were all engaged and polite and asked multiple questions about meteorology and also running programs. I found the team lead and the meteorologist's questions relatable and reasonable but I didn't find the questions of the programmer that much useful. They were a bit vague.
