I was asked for a phone interview. It went really well, they wanted to talk to the president of the company before discussing offers. I was contacted to interview with the president. I went in and thought the interview went well. The president gave me the handbook to look over and set up a follow up call for the next day. I called but she didn't answer, so I left a message with my callback number, never received a call back. I tried to call the person I originally interviewed with and they did not answer either. I tried one more time to call the president but it went to voicemail, again. I am assuming I didn't get the job. I found the lack of communication after being asked to call at a specific time with no answer or call back was very unprofessional. I called on time. I was going to accept the job if it was offered however this whole experience has soured me on this company and lives up to the reviews I have read during my research of this company. Please in the future do not "ghost" candidates.
