Web based interview with personality based questions- terrible format, waste of time. Was told I did not score high enough to move forward in the process with no explanation. I would be able to retake in 3 months or interview for a lower position, which the recruiter stated that I was completely over qualified for. I am a strong high performer/over achiever which clearly was not conveyed in the backwards we based interview.
