      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dreamclinic (Seattle, WA) en sept. 2010

      Entretien

It was 4 days of the interviewing process. 1st day was over the phone, 2nd day was a one on one, 3rd day was a massage with the lead massage therapist and 4th day was a massage with the owner. 1st day over the phone *a slight maybe red flag* so what kinds of days are you looking to work? I said whichever days you want me to work. She says That's what we like to hear! & I said that just as a semi curious comment as to what she was going to say back but to hear this(?) , like there was no concern to me like I'm going to sacrifice my life and days for this job. Next Day 2 another *red flag* they bring an anxious LMP to interview me. Whenever I study people I look into their eyes & I swear this girl looked miserable being there. Okay onto Day 3 I loved this girl! She is a great LMP! & has so much love for people. I gave her a great massage & things seemed good. Day 4 massaging the owner, so huge *red flag* the same anxious look and feel I got from the 2nd day one on one interviewer. & you know what they say a happy boss is a good boss & this woman looked pretty far from happy. Her left shoulder kept twitching which I thought was odd but I was trying to be nice. She kept asking me questions that I felt that I had to "roll with the punches" for. *sigh! I was already stressed being around the lady and I wasn't even working for her. The last interview I think my eye started twitching. So I go home in question & I call the next day to see if I got the job. Left a message. Left a message two more times on the two days after. Then on the 4th day late in the evening I get a call saying that they "forgot" to call me back, she apologized then said that the job was given to the other candidate a couple days ago so then I asked why didn't I get the job so that I could improve otherwise she said it was the way I answered "Why did you quit your last job?" Which you will see below how I answered that.... Now that you've probably seen it (((I know right!))) That was ridiculous, she kept saying " its okay you could tell me" & I'm saying in my head I just told you, what else do you want me to say? So anyways, I honestly don't even think it's worth working there. But hey maybe it just wasn't the kind of place for me.
