I was given a couple of days' notice and was then interviewed by three people at once via Teams. One person had the camera off most of the time. Presumably working. In the end, this person explained all of the challenges of the job, such as the multitasking it would require. The one who spoke the most during the interview was visible but would do work during my responses. The third one was visually present and explained what the company does but after that didn't engage much.
