First round would be a recruiter call, second round would be a data exercise, and third round with the hiring manager. I think what was amazing was the time-consuming data analytics exercise and no information and/or feedback of the data provided. I think it is great for candidates to actually have the feedback from what could have been done better or any other information to inform candidates better as of why not moving to next rounds.

Had a phone screener with a recruiter who very clearly did not want to be there and just asked typical generic questions about my background, communication styles, etc. Was given a take home case study and short SQL exercise and given 48 hours to return it (which I spent most of my weekend on) only to receive an auto reject email two days later. I did not get to speak to the hiring manager or anyone on the team I applied for.
