The DD interview process is long & grueling. Started with an initial screening by the recruiter. Next Round - a meeting with the hiring manager & one other peer (30mins each). 3rd Round - Case Study (which I don't even think they bother reading, it was a waste of my time and energy and I believe its never an accurate way to judge a candidate. 4th & Final Round - 4 or 5 (30 min) interviews with people from difference departments who are senior in position. The conversation was never two ways and they kept pushing for answers they would like to hear, not really open to learning things from a different perspective. Lastly an interview with someone on Tony's level (15mins barely) - he joined in late, looked like he'd been working and barely had energy and then expects to understand you in that time frame.
