The phone screening was pretty relaxed, the recruiter made it very comfortable for me to speak with him. After reading so many horrible interview encounters, I was definitely scared. During the phone screening, I was told about an assessment with a 24hr turn-around time. I told the recruiter to send it ASAP!! The assessment was an excel sheet of data full of errors that you had to cipher through to find the answers to the questions. Don't get hung up on the assessment, do your best!!!
Once the assessment was done and return to the recruiter I was scheduled for the first interview with the Hiring Manager a week later. The interview was comfortable no hard questions and the manager made it easy for me to think before I spoke so my answers we clear and communicated well. After a few situational questions, there was time to talk about the role and get to know the HM a little more. I was advised to look out for the next step. (no clue what the meant at the time)
Later that day I received an email asking for my availability for the next interview, this is where I was thrown for a loop. I thought it was just one more....NO!!! I had TWO interviews back to back scheduled in four days. One interview was with the Regional Manager and one with another Ops Manager. Both of these were just as smooth as the first. I cannot lie I was SUPER nervous about these because I knew one was the RM but I did not know which one, which made it even more difficult mentally.
The overall process took around 3 weeks and is nerve-wracking if I have to describe it.

Transparent and professional through out the entire process. Various methods such as: screening, assessment and multiple 121 meetings. I enjoyed the process and communication within the hiring team during the interviewing process.

Process was well organized between 3 separate stages. There was a data analysis/Excel component that took about an hour, completed at your own pace. Interview stages were focused on applying current management experience to the role, as well as demonstrating technical, analytical and people leadership expertise.

Phone interviews with recruiter, then direct manager, then another manager is similar position, then regional director. After the phone interview with the manager they have you take an assessment before moving onto the other phone interviews. After the phone interviews, they bring you in for a site visit before making an offer.
