The owner/manager was late. We went in to a small conference room. The interview pretty simple, just making sure I was reliable and telling me about the job and rules and policies. I was shown the equipment and told I would be training for a couple weeks then out on my own. It also took forever to get a hold of the owner as he never answered his phone and took awhile to call back.
