3 parts - Each interview is about an hour and the first one is extremely laid back with HR Jennifer - lots of explanation what on what Donn Palms is - 2nd interview is with Bill the CEO - cool dude - one of the questions he asked me was "what do you value more? Freedom or Security" Kind of a deep question but he tries to pick your brain to get to know you and see if your a good fit. Third interview is with both of them - lots of basic convo about eachothers lives and chit chat. Then situational questions and getting to see WHY you think your a good fit and WHY they should hire you - YOU GOT THIS
