I sat down with the hiring employer and he began asking me questions about the job, Then he asked questions about me willing to do what's asked. Then he asked am i willing to accept the pay of 7.50 an hr , Then said the process to get the background they requested may take days.

Instead of conducting a formal interview, the manager simply inquired about my availability and when I could start working. The procedure is simple and quick. Then he asked me to scan a QR code so that I could enter my personal information and bank account details. The manager then asked what size I usually wear and handed me a uniform and a hat.

In person outside the store, was very informal. Asked for my availability and then hired me on the spot. Simple interview process. need weekend availability to be considered for the job.
Employer was making pizza and asked me random questions, often times forgetting the questions. He had airpods in as he spoke to me and didn't seem interested at all. UNPROFESSIONAL.
