Entretien
I met with a college recruiter and applied for a position online. After applying, I received a call asking to schedule an interview around two weeks later. The interview was panel-based with four associates which consisted of mainly behavioral questions and turned out to be about 40 minutes instead of one hour. Around three weeks later, I received a call with a job offer.

Entretien
I was sent an email asking to schedule an interview from HR.
Then, the first interview was a panel interview over Teams with three employees whose department I would be working in. The questions were a mix of typical STAR, personal/personality, and "How would you..."
When I did not make it further, I was sent a rejection email.

The interview was about 30 minutes and panel style; met up with the team leader and a person who graduated from the internship three months prior. General interview questions were asked.

Met with Two managers for an hour. Seemed like a good opportunity but was paid more in another industry. Would recommend to eng majors. Research the company thoroughly before hand. Good overall experience.
