it was great, but also interesting. There were times I didn't realize a position like this would be offered at a company like Dollar General but it went well!! I felt the recruiter was very knowledge about the candidate being right for the position.

Phone interview with HR. Three rounds of interview with supervisors and will be both online and in person as well. had mostly conversation interview but some technical. the supervisors are very knowledgeable and so be peppered to explain everytihing on your resume with detail .

A lot of HR questions initially followed by questions on your resume. It will be just a phone call initially and it wasn't very formal as I thought but it was a good experience.
