Next step was a cognitive test to understand how the candidates works with numbers under pressure (limited time)
Second interview with direct manager, much more about SEO, expectations, channel's value, candidate's ideas and experience, etc.
Next step was a use case: very high level analysis of a competitor to draw a few SEO points for improvement.
Third interview with previous SEO Manager to squeeze candidate on SEO technical knowledge.
Fourth interview with panel of managers in the same area (Digital Marketing).
