Brief Phone screen, was asked to come in for interview the following week with only details of HR. I went on time, had to wait 30 minutes for HR to show up, went into the interview room, she went through a bunch of textbook questions, while she wrote my responses manually. That took about half hour. After which I was told 2 manager's will interview me and was left in the room waiting for 15 minutes. They finally showed up, did not ask much.. all I could understand was the company was poorly structured, the claims department did not have a dedicated leader and not paperless. So I asked many questions, they just looked at each other's face and that was 30 minutes long. Then I was told the HR person will come back and gather more details. I kept waiting for about 10 minutes, then a random person came in and said they will just get everything by email and was asked to leave. Today, 2 weeks late, I have nothing. Emailed for follow up, no reply.

Initially reached out to the HR department via phone to inquiry about job opportunities, which turned into a two-interview process. My first interview went well, the talent acquisition specialist actually offered four various positions within Discount based on my academic background. Once I chose a position that I liked, I had a second interview with the Supervisor of the department then approximately one week later I received a job offer.
