The company shortlists candidates based on AMCAT scores. There are 3 rounds: 1. A written descriptive round with 2 questions. 2. 1 HR round 3. 1 face to face round with the head.

Pretty standard interview process. 1. Aptitude test which included standard quantitative and verbal questions. 2. standard essay test The recruiter was kind enough to give me a decent feedback. I had to wait for about 2 hours for the aptitude test, HR department was actually chilling and not the candidates seriously until the aptitude test was over, they were very busy having a pizza party ( not joking ) prospective candidates should be treated a little better.
