Rigid and Unprofessional Interview Experience ‎ ‎ ‎First phase: Conducted over WhatsApp in Urdu, with multiple voices on the chat. ‎Second phase: Scheduling was unclear, and technical issues with the interviewer’s internet caused interruptions. I was asked about query optimization. ‎ ‎Biggest issue observed: ‎ ‎The interviewers expected answers in a very specific order. Even if your explanation or approach was correct, if it did not match the exact order they had in mind, the discussion became dismissive and unproductive. ‎-When alternative optimization strategies were suggested, they ignored them and abruptly ended the conversation. ‎-At times, I was told I was speaking too fast, even in Urdu. ‎ ‎Other concerns: ‎ ‎Rushed questions and lack of clarity in questions ‎Disrespectful ending ‎Overall interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional
