Came for the interview appointment, waited over 15 minutes, the manager asked several difficult questions, it seemed like they were looking for an employee who can work over 10 years for them.

Conducted quick brief 30 minute online interview, then called in for a short in-person interview with basic questions such as availability and experience. Followed by a 1 - 2 hour trial shift. Was not busy when I undertook the trial shift.
