Telephonic interview with Hr going over history and skills, telephonic technical interview with a panel of technical leads answering questions ranging from sql, javascript, c#, html, css, programming concepts and patterns, video conference interview for tech lead and HR for culture-fit , technical assessment consisting of 9 tasks each using a different technology

The interview process begins with an introductory call with HR, followed by an online assessment to evaluate technical aptitude. Next comes a technical round with the team, where problem-solving and collaboration skills are assessed. Finally, there are two HR cultural fit rounds, conducted in separate stages, to ensure alignment with organizational values and workplace culture.
