Met with owner and son. Talked about my work history. Was told I would be contacted within 72 hours, didn't happen. Weeks later was offered work by phone. I accepted the offer at a agreed upon rate. When I started the owner dropped my pay by 25% and only schedules workers 35 hours MAX per week. Both were the reason I am looking for another job.
