Oversee 100+ swimming daily, identifying emergencies, delivering, support, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Utilize Medical supplies and equipment to examine injured persons and administer First aid/cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Maintain quality of pool water by testing chemical levels. Warn recreational participants of inclement weather, unsafe area, and non permitted conduct. Work with a regular team of 5-10 lifeguards to ensure the safety of patrons max daily occupancy 3,000 guests. Conduct swimming lessons 2-3 time per week to a class of 20+ swimmers.
