simple 1:1 process is there no technical round required. Points taken in consideration for the interview are communication, fluency, confidence, attitude, and sensibleness. All these are necessary as the job require all these qualities in candidate. Face to face interview process is quite simple and also the decisive one on the same time so i think its the best to recruit a candidate where no formalities required to choose.
