I was asked to do a video interview, after having applied online. Pretty basic, You have 30 seconds to prepare each question, but just be yourself and speak like somebody else is on the other side of the camera. Take some time to take recordings of yourself and practice your delivery. BE ENERGETIC. I was asked to come to Atlanta for a f2f interview, and it was honestly the best interview of my life. They are watching you from the moment that you walk in, so SMILE ALL THE TIME. But also be genuinely interested in everything that is going on. I can't tell you how many people I saw who looked almost bored when they thought that nobody was looking. Be confident and outgoing without trying to steamroll other candidates. There were a couple of people that actually did try to overpower me in a conversation. They were not selected. The others who were selected alongside me actually joined me in conversations with the interviewers, and we helped eachother out. The questions weren't really what we were expecting from online research so just be sure to practice a wide variety of questions beforehand.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
