I'm currently in the interview process with Delta Airlines. I first began with the initial online application, and personality assessments. Then I was invited to fill out the official Delta application, which was kind of extensive as it wants you to recount the past ten years of your life, including school, work, and time off in between jobs. Following that I was invited to do the digital interview, all within a week. The questions have been listed on this site several times, so think about it beforehand and bullet point everything you want to get across in that interview utilizing the STAR method. Practice before you officially record as well, because it is kind of an intimidating experience to watch yourself answer the questions when not speaking to anyone. It took about five weeks to hear back about the next step, but once I was notified I was moving on to the next step I was called for my phone screening the same day, and scheduled my face to face interview the following day. I'm heading to Atlanta in a week, so fingers crossed! Personally, I think the process is long, which makes the interview seem difficult, but so far everything asked has been pretty common interview questions.
