J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) en oct. 2015
Entretien
I was asked to complete a 10 minute interview on demand, recorded online. I was worried I might have technology troubles. My microphone was muted at first but after a quick diagnostic, everything was running well. I read all the tips and did the practice interview questions. I also researched the STAR method which is imperative for this interview. I found 64 common interview questions and how to answer them, which may be helpful for later interviews but not directly related to this one. The key to any interview is to be positive.

Question 1
The 5 questions which someone posted Sep 28, 2015 were the same questions asked. Phew! I am glad for this website. Even then, I am quite rusty at interviewing and hope my answers were adequate! I wrote out answers beforehand; about a half page typed filled the 2 minute answer allotment. Since I haven not had a paying job in about 20 years, I fully needed time to ponder my past working life and answers to these questions. I'm waiting to hear if I get another interview.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
