after you're asked to fill out an assessment the next process is a digital interview. They provide you with 2 practice questions that you're allowed unlimited tries. Once you're ready you're asked 5 prerecorded questions, given 30 seconds to prepare yourself and on 3..2..1. You're on, you're not allowed to rerecord your answer so its a one time deal kind of thing. So i would be sure to practice until you feel absolutely ready. If all goes well, prepare for the next step in the process which is a phone interview. After that the next step is the F2F. Good luck to all, I have my F2F in the next couple days.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
