Phone interview: The interviewers did not seem interested in asking about my skills or much that was relevant to the actual job. This was surprising given that nobody interviewing me was from HR, so I was a bit disappointed. Those who did phone interviews would have to interview in Atlanta as the next step, while those who did the initial interview in Atlanta were made offers after the first interview. The process was incredibly slow - I was told I would hear back in a couple business days after the phone interview, but did not hear back for 3+ weeks.
