The interview process was quite thorough but also rewarding. It started with submitting my application online, followed by a phone screening where I got to talk about my background and interests. Then, I had a couple of rounds of interviews, including behavioral questions and technical assessments related to my field of study. The final interview was with the team I would potentially work with, and it was great to meet them and get a sense of the company culture. Overall, it was a valuable experience, and I'm excited about the opportunity!

The process consists of 4 phases. The first phase is the CV screening phse. The second phase is the assessment phase, it consists of 45 multiple choice questions which are a mix of technical, dell product related, and personality questions. The third phase is the recorded video interview in which you record a 2–3-minute video answering the given questions. The final phase is the online interview through a video call.

easy and straight forward and the interviewer was very nice and it was only an interview after the video submission and it was a very nice working environment everyone was so helpful and i learned alot from it
