interview questions were all situation-based. be prepared to think on your toes! Everyone was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. For this position, I had to create a powerpoint to present. It was an easy task and you can tell they care about the employees they hire. Taking the interview on zoom was not hard and presenting to them went smoothly. Company culture and benefits seem awesome at Dell. be prepared to think on your toes! The interview consists of three rounds
First round test's your English aptitude - quite easy, to get through if you have a decent hold on the English language.
Second round is with the project managers,
The main criteria is good communication English skills
Certain roles also require good written English skills
The third round is with the senior manager.
If you make it past the second round your hired..
Then the HR calls you up to negotiate the salary ...
