The interviewer wasn't very clear on the role being offered. There was a lack of understanding of the company's numbers at the interviewer's answers and questions were answered only ambiguously. There was also a lack of action orientation in the organisation and reminded of a once upon a time startup that has lost its startup vibe completely.

Case study on launching new markets for the business (which was super rushed)
The coordination was very chaotic, multiple re-schedules of an appointment, then decline because of already filled role, then next day call that decline was a mistake etc. The interview itself was ok, while a pretty strange interview style
