The overall process was really smooth. The recruiter was nice and open about the expectations. There was a SQL assessment, an HR phone screening, interview with the hiring manager and then a final interview with the Director where I was required to present my findings on a case study.

Entretien
Pretty standard interview process with an initial SQL test which led to the first interview. The recruiter organised the interview, then postponed it at the last minute for a more urgent internal meeting. The interview finally happened without camera from the interviewer side.
Recruiter seemed to be well briefed about the team and their pitch about the company and the job was good.
After the interview, they offered to give a feedback within a week, but didn't send anything. I contacted them a few weeks later and got no feedback. They finally replied at some points apologising but also hinting at their own internal problem.
It was good. They made me feel comfortable. It was online. It started a bit late. Although, I did not know german they switched to english and conducted a proper interview
