Entretien
Went through recruitment agency. Filled out the requisite registration forms. Confirmed had done manual warehouse work before. Simple 10 minute exam - basic literacy/numeracy questions. Group meeting to confirm shifts & confirm everyone had safety shoes/high viz vests. Quick run through health & safety & dos & dont's. Confirm who was in which shift.

People were helpful, everything went great, questions were easy and overall realy great experience! Im glad i took this oportunity! Everyone was friendly, after induction ended i dont think that job looks hard, im exicited

Interview with other 25-30 persons in the same room. Most of the questions are people not speaking english. Not more of an interview but an induction. If you need an easy to get job, this is it.
