Was required to come in multiple days to meet with roughly 8 different people across multiple teams. Met with every senior manager, directors and the VP. Leadership asked questions about my current salary and asked me to PROVE that's what I made. Very lengthy interview process for a job that pays below market average.

Phone interview with HR. I got a call back regarding two panel interviews with the management team. Once I passed that I had an interview with two people from the hiring team and the department director. Finally got a call with an offer from the hiring manager. Entire process was done within a month from the first call

IT was overall easy. Over the Phone with their HR. Then a Face to Face with Team Lead. For the most part it was Part Skill and then Part Personality Fit.
