Applied online, first interview with the hiring manager was not what I would call "industry standard"; very argumentative, disregarded my previous work experience and research to highlight the company's own. The second stage was a home assignment in Python, to analyze microbiome data. The questions asked were standard and not very hard to answer, although the data was very messy (on purpose I presume)
