David’s application process is all online now. When I applied, I had to do a personality test and answer some other basic stuff. The application was not suited for the position I applied for, however, and did not ask about my skills or experience. There was an option to upload a resume, but the site seemed buggy and I was not sure it went through. I waited a few weeks and then followed up in-person with a physical resume just in case. I was asked to come back the next day to speak to the department manager. We chatted a bit and I was asked to do a small skills test.
