J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Daversa Partners en oct. 2020
Entretien
The interview process was that I was contacted on Linkedin based off my experience ( I have 4 years of recruiting experience with search firms) by a sourcer with Daversa and was scheduled for a conversation with a recruiter. It was very casual and very conversational, similar to an entry level type interview. She told me at the end of the interview if I was interested in being moved to the next round to let her know. Ultimately the position was a step down from was my experience level was and the volume I was recruiting at and she indicated there was no flexibility for people with experience. All new hires start at the same level and compensation.

Entretien
This interview was very standard - there was an initial screening call and then a more formal interview. A scheduling assistant helped to coordinate. Due to Covid-19 the interview was conduct remotely after initially being planned as an in person.

Initial phone call was very simple - they mostly spoke about the company/role. However, during the in person interview, they would cut you short. Also, after following up on the status of the position, I never received a response. You think that being in the industry of recruiting they would have the decency to respond and understand the value of maintaining relationships / networking. It's unfortunate I never received a response, even if it was just 'we aren't moving forward with you at this time', because I definitely would have referred growing companies that I have relationships with to them.
Thanks for the feedback! It's never our intention to leave anyone without follow up, we'd love to close the loop with you. Please reach out to Jon Krodel, our Head of Training and Development for an update: jonathan.krodel@daversapartners.com
