I had an interview with the Chief of Staff, and we went into detail with my past experiences and also my future plans. Which is relevant to what I wanted to do for the role. For the 2nd round interview, I had with the CEO, he was friendly and we had a formal and informal interview which was refreshing and also very realistic in terms of what I had to face for the job. No sugar-coating to say the least. And he was very keen to understand more about my entrepreneurial ambitions, which is very rare for a Founder and CEO to ask in an interview.
