I was contacted by HR to get more info about me. I think the recruiter focused on things that they probably should not have. I was telling about myself to the recruiter with mostly relevant past experience and also included some that may not have been directly relevant to the role while telling about my past experience. It was disappointing to know that the recruiter was focusing more on my less relevant experience and concluding that I was not a good fit for the role primarily due to a few less relevant past roles I mentioned as part of the "tell me about yourself" question.
