Had my first initial recruiter conversation. Then I had first technical interview. Q&A style, very easy going and nice interviewers. Next step I received a home assignment and advised not to spend more than 4 hours on it, and submit it back no later than 24 hours from receiving it. After I submitted my assignment I was invited for a follow-up technical interview to talk about it, they liked my solutions and approach. And after that, they ghosted me. Haven't heard anything back from them. This was 3 weeks ago, The first interviews happened in a 2 weeks span. Safe to say they will not contact me back.
