There are multiple stages to the interview process. A short phone screen, a written assessment, several interviews with managers, directors, and VPs, as well as a final customer role-play call. The goal is not just to get visibility into past performance and the ability to achieve and exceed goals, but also to determine if the person is a team player, is action oriented, customer focused, hard-working, and quick on their feet. I loved seeing how diligent the questions during the interviews were and how big of a focus it was on who I am as a person (and not just looking at plain raw numbers).
