2. Two technical rounds with the hiring manager - Easy to medium leetcode style questions and work experience and projects discussion
Got ghosted after this. No response from the neither hiring manager nor the recruiter. Waste of time
Developer assessment involving the development of a simple application to evaluate coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and software design practices.
Face-to-face interview to discuss technical experience, project background, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

Discussion of applications you have previously developed and your role in those projects.
Most of the interview focused on the application developed during the assessment, covering design decisions, implementation approach, challenges faced, and potential improvements
Interview process in C++ typically includes resume screening, technical tests, coding rounds, problem solving, data structures, algorithms, system design basics, followed by HR discussion evaluating communication, experience, and cultural fit.

Il faut être bien préparer, j’ai eu des échanges très intéressants la durée moyenne des entretiens est d’une heure en général.
