I found that the process was very through - I met with my direct report and interviewed. Then I was brought in for a second round of interviews with finance, supply chain and marketing. The main goal was to make sure I was going to be a good personality fit for the team.

As a National Account Manager, I would be dealing with a specific retailer. There were a lot of questions about how I would engage with the retailer and to explain how I would react to positive and negative situations.
