Cleared the initial tech and managerial interviews. Trouble started after that. No response from the HRs is a norm and after constant follow ups, they set up a salary discussion. After discussing the salary they were offering and me accepting that, I was told that they would sent an email for confirmation and later the offer letter. Never got the email and no response to my emails either. Fast forward 2 weeks, I contact them again on the phone(No response to emails again) they tell me that they are not going forward as the salary was high(the one they offered). Took me through a lot of emotions for a month and they didnt even have the decency to send a email to tell me that they werent going ahead with the offer. Was an absolute nightmare.
