I was firstly grouped for group discussions, then personal interview then lastly did the cbt examination. The selection process is orderly organized. It will make you understand how industrial environments looks like especially if you are a fresh graduate

I would say it was an average experience overall. Not too hard, not too easy. Just be well prepared and also, be confident. Be ready to answer questions about your CV and knowledge.
Was okay. Just asked questions based on course of study and the company. And questions about cement manufacturing. Someone was there to check documents. Youll be asked what you know about the company. Some behavourial quesstions too.
