Standard interview procedure- two in person interviews and one interview over the phone. Whole process took only a week. The staff here is very friendly even during interviews. Over the phone interview was only general hr questions while the in person interviews asked more relevant questions. No questions were meant to trip you up however.

The Interview Process was good and they asked you a bunch of behavioral questions so definitely prepare for those and using the STAR method would be helpful as they want to see what you have done in previous positions and how it correlates with the position you are applying for

Interview process consisted of a phone screening, then talking with the hiring manager, and later steps would be talking with lab members. The recruiter and hiring manager were friendly, but response times varied.

First, there was 1 hour interview with other CRC's. Second interview was a 15 minute phone call with HR. Lastly, the third interview was a 30 minute Zoom with the lead PI. Very quick response times, end of day.
